It was agreed that all involved would have 3 votes (top vote 3 pts, mid vote 2 pts, bottom vote 1 pt) - the option with the most points is what we will do.

Venues:

Derby – Sean had a bad experience there but he didn’t want to elaborate + too big

Stratford – very touristy and could be a prob with accom

Buton on trent – Under assessment (Iain)

Warwick – relies on the Uni for people, and this will be holiday season – No

Worcester – Vaughny was born there – Togle to research – Vaughny to check out orienteering potential
