Completed in "5 days & 2hours .. or that's what it felt like" 5 hours 50 mins.

".. Pete completed the London Marathon yesterday.
Although it took longer than he planned (having hit some kind of wall at around 14 miles) he's extremely happy.
His comment to me on the phone yesterday was hilarious and sums up this extraordinary event :
'I knew I was in trouble at around 16 miles when a hippopotamus went past me'
